The College regularly conducts Personality Development Program, by an expert team from outside, for 140 hrs duration to ensure that the overall personality development of students take place along with engineering skills. |

In addition to the normal course curriculum, the college is conducting INFOSYS CAMPUS CONNECT PROGRAM for third year Engineering & second year MCA students. This is an IT related course for 120 hrs that will be of immense use to all the students who join IT related industry. |

| INDUSTRY – ACADEMIA INITIATIVE THROUGH UPTU - NASSCOM | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The college has collaborated with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) for ‘Mentorship Program’. CSC has selected 08 students of third year Engineering for this program. The students will undergo the training program designed by the CSC experts. This program has been initiated by UPTU- NASSCOM. |
