Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), recognized by the Government of Uttar Pradesh and affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. It has the distinction of being the first self financed institution in U.P. to get ISO 9001:2000 Certification by BSI, UK. Four engineering departments of the College are accredited by National Board of Accreditation, AICTE. The college was established in 1998 with the sole objective of producing ace technical professionals. From the day of its inception, the college has achieved meteoric rise in size and quality. The college has had its fifth Convocation of passing out graduates and its third Alumini Meet on 29th June, 2007.

Our Parent Organization - IIMES
Indian Institute of Management and Engineering Society was formed by a group
of leading and experienced educationist and philanthropists. It is registered
under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. Ever since its inception the society
has been single mindedly aiming at providing a morally sound educational
system, which not only produces technical professionals but also makes
Samaritans of them. It aimed to accomplish this dream by entering into the
education foray in 1998 with the establishment of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering
College.

To introduce undergraduate & postgraduate courses for all engineering branches
and award of PhD degree. To be one of the best Engineering Colleges in the
country and to be a deemed university by the year 2010.
